Terms and Conditions
Cancellations of bookings will be subject to the following charges:

50% of inclusive rent for term |

100% of inclusive rent for term |
Minimum standard booking 1 week (7 days)
Stays of less than 1 week will be charged at the 1 week rate
Payment in advance of time of booking
Rates quoted are available only to corporate customer
Quotations to private individuals on request
Prices are valid at date of issue subject to variation
Damages will be charged to the corporate customer
Bookings are subject to a single page tenancy agreement and tenancy schedule
